What is your shipping policy?

DOMESTIC

We charge a flat rate shipping for anywhere in Australia under $150. This covers tracking. For purchases over $150, we offer free shipping with use of the discount code on check out.

Deliveries may take between 5-8 business days, depending upon the destination.

INTERNATIONAL

Overseas shipping varies according to the destination, but will also include tracking and standard rate shipping.

Deliveries may take between 14 - 21 business days depending on the destination.

What is your refund policy?

In the event you are not satisfied with your product please contact us within 14 days of purchase. Please keep your receipt as proof of purchase. Please email us for contact details so we can apply credit to your account. We will cover shipping return costs.

We will not give a refund for any goods that are returned damaged.

How do I order wholesale?

Currently we only offer retail and stockists are listed on the site.
